Wretched 1 - Introduction

I'm the last crew member of the ship Wretched. Adrift between stars, we were attacked by an alien lifeform. The crew are dead. I'm alone. I thought we had won. Launched the creature out an airlock. That should've meant safety. It didn’t.

It survived, immune to the black of space. It skitters across the hull of your ship. It seeks a way in. 

Can I repair the distress beacon? Can I keep it at bay long enough to be rescued?

Probably not. But I have to try.
